This is a 2-part ordering system that enables us to ship discounted, multi-copy book orders to businesses and individuals located outside the contiguous United States of America. It also allows us to potentially offer cheaper shipping methods to businesses and individuals located within the contiguous USA.
Here’s How Order Option Two Works
- Complete the Order Form (below) and submit it.
- Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we’ll determine the shipping expense.
- We’ll send you an Email identifying available shipping options and the total expense for each.
- Select your preferred shipping method and follow the directions for submitting your order’s payment via PayPal.
- Within 24 hours of receiving payment, we will send your books.
Please Note:
- P.O. Box addresses cannot be used for book shipments.
- We will not share your contact information with anyone other than our book printer, for ordering and shipping purposes.
- Because our book order and shipping expense calculations are based on US Dollars, we can only accept payment in USD. PayPal will convert your account’s currency based on the exchange rate at the time of your transaction.
- Within 24 hours of receiving payment, your books will be shipped from our US or UK printing facility—whichever is closest to you. (Lightning Source’s Australia facility cannot print full-color books.)
- Once shipped, all orders are non-refundable, and all books are non-returnable.
About the Shipping Methods
International Premium is the least expensive trackable and insurable method of shipping books to the UK, Europe, and the rest of the world (apart from the US and Canada).
Canadian Ground is the least expensive trackable and insurable method of shipping books to Canada.
Commercial or Residential Ground is the least expensive trackable and insurable method of shipping books to anywhere within the contiguous US.
An Economy shipping option may be available for your order—no matter where in the world you are located—depending on the weight of your order. If it is available, we’ll offer it.
- This cheapest shipping method, however, is not trackable or insurable!
If you select an Economy shipping option, please know that you are waiving all liability against A Novel Holiday travel guidebooks, the printer and shipper, should your books be damaged or lost after they are sent.
